Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the new vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
Develop sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth
Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive market trends and competitors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities

Manage inventory levels and ensure vehicles are priced competitively

Qualifications:
