Minimum Requirements    

• Graphic Designer Diploma/Degree; Marketing diploma; Communication diploma
• 2 years relevant experience
• Matric
• Verbal & Written communication
• Social media experience
• Advertisements / Marketing information and publications

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Ensure timely procurement and availability of all corporate wear.
• Ensure the availability of all promotional items as per demand.
• Facilitate effective and efficient communication with suppliers regarding corporate wear and promotional items.
• Manage the placement, updates, and overall presence of adverts and promotional content on all social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp).
• Maintain and regularly update the company's website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Assist in organising and coordinating events such as Nampo and the year-end function as part of project management responsibilities
• Create printed artwork for magazines and catalogues according to established guidelines and deadlines.
• Design promotional items that effectively represent the brand and meet marketing objectives.
• Develop visually appealing adverts for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand identity and target audience.
• Produce ad hoc designs for the company's diverse needs, demonstrating creativity and flexibility.
• Design engaging and professional video content that enhances the company's online presence and marketing efforts
• Personal assistant to the Feeds Director:
• Maintain effective communication with CBH.
• Ensure all relevant documents are promptly signed and filed.
• Ensure availability of refreshments during meetings and for office visitors
• Office administration
• Manage the ordering of water refills, printer refills and services, stationery supplies, and furniture as needed.
• Monitor and replenish the first aid kit as necessary.
• Coordinate monthly inspections and yearly services for fire extinguishers.

General:

• Arrange accommodation and ensure effective communication with travel agents and selected facilities for all bookings.
• Coordinate all local and international flight arrangements through travel agents.
• Arrange necessary work visas for employees.
• Arrange all fuel and credit card needs and ad hoc arrangements, e.g., top-ups.
• Collect and submit quotations (venues, stationery, etc.) and invoices to the finance department.
• Arrange meetings and book venues as needed/requested.
• Take minutes during Technical & Marketing meetings.
• Compile and print documents for various purposes.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned
