DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Assist in creating and editing marketing materials such as articles, brochures, social media posts, and website content.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all content.
• Collaborate with team members to generate new ideas for content.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop campaign assets.
• Assist in the execution of events such as trade shows and product launches.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, registration, and attendee communication.
• Support on-site event activities and post-event follow-up.
• Handle administrative duties, including emails, work log maintenance, and task management.
• Schedule and organize meetings, taking minutes as needed.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.
• Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyse social media metrics to optimize future posts.
• Capture, edit, and produce basic photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Ensure high-quality content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of photo and video assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or marketing internship.
