Master Data Analyst at ALPLA Group

WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

• Identification, investigation, and resolution of complex data issues and related concerns
• Ensures all master data requests are attended to timeously.
• Ensures alignment to master data rules
• Acts as primary liaison with other stakeholders
• Prepares, maintains, communicates, and enforces policies and procedures for the creation of item codes, bill of material in MS NAV.
• Prepares, maintains, communicates, and enforces policies and procedures for the creation of all Master Data in AlplaBASIS for AlplaPROD.
• Reviews, addresses, and resolves all issues received in designated areas.
• Identifies opportunities and leads or actively participates in process improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for sales price adjustments with customers and updates of sales prices in the systems
• Manages and guides his direct report/s

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

• Specific ERP knowledge useful, but not essential (can be learned) – Ms Nav/ Syspro preferred.
• Business/Technical skills: understanding of Manufacturing systems and Production background
• Logistics and IT background is beneficial
• Enthusiastic, determined and persistent personality
• Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
• Good communication skills to communicate with internal customers, team members, and management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
