    Member Management Administrator

    What will you do?
    This role is responsible for a range of clerical duties related to the Sanlam Group Risk Member management process.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Preparing of member data for uploading and processing on the relevant Administration platform.
    • Performing calculations of member benefits. Knowledge of flexible risk benefits will be an advantage.
    • Identifying members for medical underwriting.
    • Maintaining of member records.
    • Liaising with intermediaries and clients.
    • Capturing of management information onto the relevant Group Risk management controls.
    • Reporting, on all aspects of the Member Management Administration process, relating to own portfolio, at daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly intervals.
    • Handling problems and complex enquiries regarding Risk products in the designated sphere of responsibility.
    • Ensuring that processing is completed within the required turnaround times and that it complies with all appropriate product and legislative rules and requirements.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Strong numerical and analytical ability
    • Matric Accountancy & Matric Mathematics
    • 2 to 3 years’ working experience in Group Risk Administration will be a distinct advantage


    Knowledge and Skills

    • Group Risk Product knowledge
    • Strong Excel Skills – Advanced
    • 2 to 3 years administrative experience in an Employee Benefits environment

    Turnaround time
