     Job Purpose 

    • We are looking for a Solution center Manager reporting directly to the Operation Manager This is a Local role, based in Northern Caoe.
    • You will responsible first and foremost to ensure a safe working environment for staff. They will be required to grow customer and market share and meet sales targets in line with sales budgets. The incumbent needs to lead your team to drive mobility solutions to the growing customer base. Strong leadership skills are an prerequisite. 

     Responsibilities:

    • Health and Safety:
    • Ensuring OSHA and Mining health and safety acts are being adhered too.
    • Ensuring adherence to Standard operating procedures and training in place and up to date.
    • Achieve budgeted volume, revenue, market share and profit.
    • Working knowledge of SAP
    • People Management - Daily management of BMS and onsite staff.
    • Operation Management.
    • Customer relationship management.
    • On time collection of debtors and monitoring of overdues. 
    • Optimum assets utilization.
    • Vehicle management and route planning.
    • Sales Management.
    • Accurate sales and demand forecasting
    • Ensure compliance to company policy and legislative requirements.
    • People development and talent pipeline and succession planning within BMS. 

     

    Requirements: 

    • Matric/ Grade 12
    • Degree/ National Diploma in sales operations or related field (Or equivalent)
    • 5 years of experience in Management role or related field
    • Finance Management Skills
    • Human Resource Management
    • Sales Management
    • Stock Planning
    • Resource Planning
    • Health and Safety (OSHAC / MINING H-S)
    • Product & Technical knowledge of OTR products and services 
    • Communication Skills
    • Computer Literate: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP
