Music Administrative Support Intern at SydSen Recruit

Key Responsibilities:

Secretarial Duties:

• Maintain and update various administrative records.

Office Management:

• Manage the purchasing and distribution of office consumables and liaise with service providers.
• Arrange and book internal travel as needed.
• Handle dealer inquiries via telephone.

Sales and Stock Control:

• Process sales orders using Syspro.
• Manage consignment and stock lists.
• Arrange for the collection of orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft certifications and basic computer skills (preferred).

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Office 365.

Soft Skills:

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Motivated and positive attitude.
