Responsible for planning, coordinating the design, performing installation and connectivity of computer network systems & components to ensure the stable operation of the organisations ICT assets.
Perform all operational process according to relevant policies, processes and regulation of local government.
Perform operational process to ensure quality of worn work, minimize mistakes and continuously improve on quality and standards.
Comply with governance and risk management requirements to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, processes and resolutions and minimize risk.
Apply financial processes to ensure compliance with financial controls as contemplated in the MFMA.
Perform customer service orientation to meet customer expectations.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
CCNA or CCIE Certification
3 - 5 years' experience in administering, supporting and controlling of networks, networking services and networks infrastructure
Knowledge of ITIL concepts including service management and service delivery and experience working within the ITIL framework for incident, problem, change or service request management
