    New Vehicle Sales Manager

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed new vehicle sales targets.
    • Monitoring individual and team performance, providing coaching and support to ensure consistent results.
    • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
    • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the sales team to deliver a premium, luxury-focused customer experience.
    • Conducting regular performance reviews and providing training in luxury sales techniques and product knowledge.
    • Recruiting and onboarding high-caliber sales professionals aligned with dealership values and brand expectations.
    • Ensuring the sales process is executed with precision, discretion, and attention to detail.
    • Handling high-value clients and escalated concerns with professionalism and care.
    • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the luxury vehicle segment, including new releases, features, and innovations.
    • Ensuring the team is fully aligned with brand values and product positioning.
    • Representing the dealership at brand events, product launches, and client functions.
    • Managing departmental budgets, expenses, and profitability targets.
    • Overseeing the accurate processing of sales documentation in compliance with legal and manufacturer requirements.
    • Collaborating closely with finance, service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
    • Maintaining a premium showroom environment that reflects the luxury brand image and ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standard.

    Applicants should have:

    • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the premium or luxury automotive sector.
    • A strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
    • A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
