    About the job

    • We are looking for a freelancer candidate to do IT support at our customer in Brits / South Africa
    • This is a freelance position, and to be compensated in USD per ticket/ hours worked.

    Job description
    The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting the customers desktop or laptop computer, and also resolve our customers' technical issues.
    This is onsite work (not remote) and will be need to be done during working hours at the customer premises in Brits.


    •  Reproduce customer environment and run tests
    •  Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
    •  Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware as well as basic network troubleshooting.

    Must have:

    •  Local nationality or authorization to work in Portugal.
    •  4+ years' of technical support experience
    •  Customer service oriented
    •  Strong written and verbal and troubleshooting skills
    •  Must be able to communicate in English.
