Operations Manager - Midrand at Servest SA

Minimum Requirements    
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• South African Citizen;
• Grade 12 and relevant tertiary management qualification;
• Clear criminal record;
• Own reliable transport;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in parking operations / management role;
• Minimum 5 years in-depth knowledge and experience in Designa / Zeag / Skidata parking equipment;
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Designa / Zeag / Skidata parking system reports;
• Intermediate understanding of financials;
• Excellent Interpersonal communication and client liaison skills (verbal & written);
• Strong planning, leadership, organisational skills;
• Effective time management;
• Good computer literacy (Word, Excel & Outlook);
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Strong motivational skills;
• Strong problem solving ability;
• Ability to implement, maintain and enforce policies and procedures;
• Positive attitude & service driven;

Duties & Responsibilities    
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Overall management of the Gauteng region;
• Intermediate financial & risk control management;
• Complete accountability of parking revenue streams per site within region;
• Maintain systems to ensure Client service level agreement adhered to at all times;
• Manage staff scheduling to include monitoring of time and attendance, deployment and training;
• Review of internal audit reports for completion and accuracy as well as investigating discrepancies;
• Monthly verification of float verification and reporting;
• Overall management of banking revenue of all sites and verification to Internal Audit;
• Develop and maintain relationship with Client contact person;
• Control and management of company / client assets;
