Order to Cash Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Higher National Certificate , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 3 years
- Location Gauteng
- Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit
Description
- Order Management
- Process orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor order statuses and resolve any order-related issues promptly.
- Receivables Management
- Maintain and update accounts receivable records.
- Issue invoices and follow up on overdue payments with customers.
- Resolve disputes related to billing and payments.
- Reporting
- Generate aging reports for receivables and provide insights to management.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in optimizing collections.
Requirements
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in order-to-cash processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
