    Organisational Development Specialist (Afrimat Shared Group -Tygervalley)

    Duties / Responsibilities

    The purpose of this position is to support and facilitate the development and improvement of an organisation’s overall effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including leadership, People Management teams, and employees, to identify areas for improvement, implement strategies, and promote positive change within the organisation.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for support in the following support areas:

    • Executing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
    • Organisational culture interventions
    • Culture communication and advocacy
    • Employee Well-being
    • Leadership Development
    • People Management process optimization
    • Maintain existing OD interventions
    • Data analysis and metrics
    • Psychometric assessment support
    • Customised OD support

    Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Attributes

    • Honours Degree in Industrial/ Organisational Psychology Supervisory experience
    • 3 years Organisational Development experience with Employee Wellness and Change Management experience
    • Planning, coordinating, and prioritising
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
    • Analysing and interpretation of information
    • Decision-making ability in a fast-changing environment
    • Emotionally Mature
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Good time management and organizational skills
    • Self-disciplined and motivated
    • Ethical behaviour and professionalism
