    Outbound Agent - Automotive - French

    Job Description

    Main Purpose:

    • To contact customers after a sales / service interaction and obtain feedback on the service experienced
    • The position will service the Sub-Saharan African Market and the calls will be conducted in French

    Qualifications

    Matric

    Other Requirements:

    • Must be fluent in French
    • Additional Information
    • Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 7AM - 6PM, Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays - 8AM - 1PM
