Manage various internal processes which training will be provided, including creating, maintaining, and uploading the Group Directory SFTP file, ensuring Boost access as per the Group Directory file, creating and uploading Smart’R Master Data, Leave, and Payroll cost files, managing HR E-form workflows, preparing annual CSR and HR SSC benchmarking reports, and compiling and analyzing satisfaction surveys between divisions and payroll to ensure compliance with IRCF requirements.
Power BI : Create, maintain, and update various HR-related reports on Power BI, including those for the Center of Excellence (COE) and other departments, involving database management of collected data.
Develop, maintain, and update the Service Level Agreement between payroll and the business.
Conduct annual salary budget reports to support company budget planning.
Update and create payroll department policies and procedures in accordance with SG guidelines.
Ensure compliance with country-specific legislation by regularly reviewing practices and policies and liaising with country stakeholders.
Promote consistent payroll practices and compliance across Sub-Saharan Africa territories to standardise business practices which includes Facilitate the seamless integration of payroll systems through active participation in payroll integration projects
Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including Payroll, HR, Compensation and Benefits, and Management, to ensure smooth alignment with required audits.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU ?
The preferred candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, specializing in MS Excel and Power BI. The incumbent will be required to create dynamic dashboards and insightful reports. We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in HR practices and compliance management across Africa, including South Africa, to ensure consistent business practice application. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. This role will be traditionally based in Midrand with periodic visits to our Springs office.
