Minimum Qualifications /Requirements

• Human Resource Management qualification/degree (Hons Degree).
• Driver’s license (essential).
• Own vehicle (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Knowledge of the People Resources cycle.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (SAGE advantageous)
• Highly analytical and action orientated.
• Resourceful organiser.

• Assist the people management department with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with value adding people management projects
• Responsible for administrative tasks
• Assist with compiling people management analytical information.
• Employee relations.
• Assist with people management reporting functions.
• Exposure to people management functions.
