    People Shared Services Partner

    • Within your business stream, you deliver cost-efficient and effective People services to employees and managers across the organisation meeting all contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and constantly applying a strong customer orientation attitude. You make sure to follow standard procedures and document all activities in order to meet legalization requirements and to meet the desired efficiency gains.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Carry out all People transactional activities accurately that lie within the responsibility of your business work stream or provide tier-1 contact centre People support to all employees and leaders across Tiger Brands
    • Maintain and monitor SLAs between PSS Centre and business areas
    • Review and regularly develop / customise People reports & metrics to suit business needs
    • Participate in regular meetings, invite stakeholders to PSSC business stream events, encourage participation and feedback from business into SLA improvement
    • Inform business teams regarding changes
    • Continually update all stakeholders on process changes, system updates and all other relevant matters pertaining to PSSC area of responsibility
    • Be the SME in the business work stream processes using the desired HCM system
    • Deliver continuously improved People administrative services

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

    Key attributes and competencies

    • Service-oriented – know SLAs and make sure to deliver within the agreed time and / or quality
    • Precision – ensure to understand customer’s queries to be able to resolve it at the first time
    • Communication skills – ability to communicate with different types of workforces and hierarchical levels

    Experience

    • Business or HR related degree
    • Professional HR certification / membership preferred
    • 4-6 years post-qualification experience within HR / SSC
    • 2-3 years experience in an Operations role within HR SSC looking after functional work stream transactions
    • Experience with HR Information Systems (Workday pref.)
    • Experience in managing Service Level Agreements
    • Experience in interacting with cross-functional and multi-regional teams
