We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a senior executive. The role requires a discreet, organised individual who can manage a demanding schedule, handle sensitive information, and proactively support both corporate and occasional personal arrangements to ensure the executive’s day runs efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or senior secretarial role supporting executives
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Tertiary qualification or relevant post-matric qualification (advantageous)
Experience managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Ability to prepare reports, documents, and presentations
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
