    PMO Coordinator (Hybrid)

    Overview:

    • We are seeking an experienced PMO Coordinator to join our software company team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams in delivering successful software projects by providing administrative, reporting, and analytical support. The PMO Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining project management tools and templates, monitoring project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, and supporting customer support activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the PMO Manager in defining and maintaining project management standards, tools, and templates for software development projects.
    • Work closely with project managers to establish project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against these plans.
    • Provide project status reports to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
    • Manage project documentation, including software requirements, design documents, and user guides, and ensure they are up-to-date, accurate, and stored securely.
    • Assist project teams in preparing and reviewing project deliverables, including software releases, user documentation, and customer support materials.
    • Maintain and update project management tools and systems, including project schedules, risk logs, issue logs, and change logs.
    • Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and maintaining action logs.
    • Ensure that project documentation complies with software development standards and guidelines.
    • Identify and recommend improvements to the project management process, tools, and templates.
    • Provide customer support for software products, including triaging customer issues, documenting customer requests and bugs, and communicating solutions to customers.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, project management, or a related field.
    • At least 4 years of experience working in a project management office (PMO) or in a project coordinator role in a software development company.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Good understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    • Customer support experience is a plus.
