Pre-Prep School Secretary and PA at ST Peters Preparatory Schools

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• General administration duties as well as answering calls to the  Pre-Prep reception
• Assist with sick and injured children
• Act as Personal Assistant to the Head of the Pre-Prep, which includes:
• Diary management
• Providing high-level level one to one personal and administrative support
• Leading, driving performance and actively managing the Head of the Pre-Prep office
• Organising of school functions
• Admissions of new pupils
• First Aid duties
• Collation and coordination of the weekly newsletter
• Overseeing pupil absentees and registers
• Good filing (paper and electronic) and minute-taking abilities

Requirements:

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Tertiary Qualification is an advantage.
• Previous working experience within a similar position would be preferable.
• Proficient in MS-Office
• At least 5 years’ experience in administration
• Experience working with children.
