Premium Travel & Lifestyle Consultants - Spanish speaking at Ten Lifestyle Group

• As a Premium Travel & Lifestyle Consultant you will be fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of our high-net-worth members, including complex flight-inclusive itineraries covering several destinations world-wide. We are hiring best-in-class talent who are passionate about travel (and all things luxury), and want to work in a globally diverse organization with a strong team culture.

Your services will include

• Understanding our customer needs through consultation to deliver an innovative and extraordinary interaction through customer service.
• Research personalized travel & Lifestyle experiences, through booking domestic and international flights, car and/or hotel travel arrangements and lifestyle events.
• Creating memorable travel experiences for our Premium Members by booking unforgettable leisure travel for international destinations by air, car, and hotel travel arrangements.
• Crafting memorable life experiences through knowledge of destination-specific experiences in food and restaurants, exclusive clubs, adventures, concerts and other premium venues
• Preparation of tailor-made offers and travel documents, creation of travel programmes, obtaining visas and administrative processing
• Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions relevant to the Card Member, selling of active promotions and events
• Member Focused on your daily interaction with our Premium Members.

Requirements

Experience & Communication

• Minimum of 5 years experience in travel essentials, in either Travel Agency, Travel Reservations, Cruise and Tour or similar environments
• Experience servicing customers ideally in 5* hospitality, concierge/lifestyle servicing, high-end customer service or sales roles
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (both written and verbal)
• a Natural communicator, with the ability to adapt conversations to suit the situation and members' needs
• Previous call center experience is preferred.

Technical Requirements

• Recent Global Distribution System experience is essential (within the last 2 years), Amadeus is preferable.
• Tech Savvy - technically able to use several computer systems and applications
• There is a great deal of multi-tasking involved in these roles and your ability to quickly and confidently navigate a number of systems at once will be vital.

Destination Knowledge

• Be a well-traveled individual with extensive knowledge of global travel and destinations.
