Maintain strong relationships with the management team co-investors and financiers
Ensure governance and incentive structures are appropriate
Nurture potential exit opportunities
Optimise balance sheet
Ensure appropriate capital structures for all strategies
Ensure succession planning is in place
Evaluate market for potential acquisitions and disposals
