• Senior Certificate.
• Must be a good planner and able to work without supervision.
• Must take pride in his work.
• Must be able to pay attention to small details to pick up faults.
• Good command of English for communication and relationship building.
• Must be able to work under pressure and build structure around himself.
• Must be tenacious with a positive attitude towards him and others.
• Must be able to apply his mind and analytical problem solver.
• Valid forklift license is essential.

Key Performance Areas

• Check and verify accuracy around Process Controls.
• Forklift inspections and good housekeeping.
• Identify problems and take corrective action.
• Communicate both up and down the production line.
