• As a Product Manager you’ll be supporting the delivery of cutting-edge data products that drive and optimise our global online gaming operations and achieve its regulatory, financial and marketing goals. This will help us excel at creating an exceptional customer experience to stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Represent the finance data product in the business
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders on issues raised
• Be aware of the major work items and projects, and how they relate to Company goals
• Understand data flows across the data team and be able to articulate this to stakeholders
• Work with the Product Owners to understand the product vision, road map and growth opportunities 
• Work with Developers to give direction to the products
• Ensure completed work is reviewed and stakeholders are happy with teams’ output 
• Ensure the whole team and the stakeholders understand how success will be measured
• Be ready to support and escalate major obstacles to teams meeting their objectives
• Research and analysis of the market, users, and the roadmap for the products
• Keep people updated with clear communication on issues being worked on
• Ensure product dependencies are understood
• Work effectively using Agile methodologies

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

• Experience managing a team of Product Owners
• Experience presenting progress and future plans to Senior Stakeholders
• Experience in implementing process improvement on their team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to make good judgements by analysing complex and varied information
• Good grasp of metrics and statistics
• Inquisitive and questioning
• Able to organise and plan work
• Ability to take on information and learn new subjects
• Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• Experience writing in SQL or Python
• An understanding of compliance within the online gaming industry
• Previous experience in the Finance domain
