Key Performance Areas
Ensure projects are properly planned, established, managed and successfully completed so that standards are maintained.
Performance monitoring of departmental projects and maintenance programmes in order to ensure effective implementation of programmes and projects within the constraints of the branch’s resources, good project management and to instil a culture of management by projects.
Development of maintenance plans, initiatives, policies, procedures and industry research in order to ensure that business operations, industry trends, existing or new regulatory requirements and their impact on business operations.
Provide management with branch information and statistics in order to ensure informed decision-making and improved strategic management of the branch.
