Programme Manager - iSchool Africa at Core Group

The key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and growing the current client/donor base through efficient relationship and project management.

Responsible for overall project management of designated iSchoolAfrica programmes including:

• Project financial management
• Project reporting
• Impact measurement
• Development of case studies
• Programme resource management
• Project client relationships /school liaison
• Compile project proposals to suit client needs
• Oversee the entire project management lifecycle : initiation through to exit stage
• Facilitate and chair project team meetings
• Refining and ongoing review of current iSchoolAfrica model
• Ensuring all iSchoolAfrica projects have sound, measurable and sustainable educational foundation
• Presenting at conferences
• Ongoing visits to schools, interacting with all programme participants

Attributes and skills required:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 7 years experience in education technology relevant role
• Experience in management of educational projects
• Excellent and proven proposal-writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail and sound administration ability
• A passion for education change in less served communities
• Adaptability to changing circumstances and environment
• Stay up to date with trends, theories in education & education technology
