Project Administrator - Secunda at Proconics

Purpose

• To assist with project management duties by overseeing and performing administrative functions concerned with a project.  

Requirements

• Planning and updating of various tasks on multiple systems.
• Attend monthly progress meetings with the client and the team
• Keep minutes of meetings up to date
• Provide support to the IIT team
• Resource planning
• Auditing of documentation and deliverables to the client.
• Office administration. 

Qualifications/Experience

• Diploma in Administrative Management
• 2-3 years’ experience in project planning
• Experience in MS products and SharePoint administration
• Stock control
• Computer literacy
• Basic knowledge of server, workstation, networking, and software will be an advantage
