Oversee end-to-end solar installation projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
Work closely with sales teams (to provide site inputs for fully functional systems) and the design team (to ensure installations are executed according to scope).
Serve as the key point of contact for site managers and installation teams, providing technical guidance and solutions as needed.
Ensure all projects are fully closed off according to company procedures, from the initial client welcome email to final handover for invoicing.
Conduct site inspections and implement quality assurance measures to uphold high safety and performance standards.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing solar installation projects (preferably as a Site Manager or Project Manager).
Technical knowledge of solar energy systems, installations, and site requirements.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of managing teams and ensuring project alignment across departments.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
