Property Manager

• This is a problem solving role where your goal is to keep your clients happy and your properties well maintained. You need to be able to work in a team under high pressure, but also thrive when left on your own to navigate new challenges. You'll work closely with our Operations, Guest Experience, Housekeeping and Maintenance Teams to make sure all facets of your property are looked after.

As Property Manager you are allocated a portfolio of homes (apartments, villas & everything in between) - it's your job to ensure:

• Revenue & Marketing Optimisation (Airbnb, Booking.com etc.)
• Coordination of Maintenance Work
• Client Communication
• The job will mostly have you behind your laptop, delivering an excellent client experience to our property owners and having a blast with the incredible Propr Team!
• We provide all training in our systems and procedures once you start, so don't worry if you're not a market expert yet. Previous experience in the short term rental or property sphere is a bonus but not required.
