Quality Inspector at Expleo Group

Role Purpose

EXPLEO is a company that provide Services and Solutions for its customers, specialized in the engineering, production support (work preparation, planning), product quality inspection and the systems validation of complex industrial products (aircraft, helicopters, satellites…).

Responsibilities

• Inspection of the product or equipment in relation its requirements from the technical specifications
• Attest the product conformity at reception (incoming)
• Attest the conformity of the production phases linked to the product assembly
• Non-Conformity (NC) writing when defect findings
• Update activity reports (excel files)
• To represent the Quality on station/plant and promote the Continuous Improvement
• Participation of customer visits during scheduled visits
• Responsible of work attestation of the tasks inspected
   

Qualifications

• Technician or Advanced Technician
• Electrical authorization
• FOD (Foreign Objects Damage) training
• Height Working
• Mobile elevating work platform

Skills

• Team spirit, good relational behavior (communication), dynamism, professional conscientiousness, rigor, autonomous, available
• Railway documentation reading
• Plant Environment knowledge
• Technical drawing reading
• Riveting and fastening methods
• Knowledge in metallic and composite structures
• Use of informatics tools (PC and tablet) and usual software (Microsoft Office, G-Suite) imperative
• Mechanics

Experience

• 2 or 3 years in the industrial field

What Do I Need Before I Apply

• Use of control means (caliper, depth gauge, torqueing keys)
• Aeronautic standard norms required for the job
