    Queries Consultant (Urdu Speaking) (Entry-Level)

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Grage 12 Senior Certificate
    • Urdu speaking (essential)
    • 1 year customer service/call center experience
    • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
    • Follow communication scripts when handling different calls
    • Identify customers needs, clarify information and provide solutions
    • Attending to customer queries
    • Adhoc duties
