Requirements
Our highly selective recruiting process ensures that every Leadhome agent is a leader in the industry. There are specific things that we look for in potential candidates that make our hearts jump quicker. They include:

• Local market knowledge: a desire to know everything that is currently on the market, what is coming to the market, who the market leaders are and why.
• Customer service: Motivated by exceeding expectations whilst keeping the customer’s interests at the heart of every action
• Results: Driven by results, targets (eg. 30% market share in your farming area over 36 months), and a generous incentive structure that rewards exceptional customer service
• Local expert: Proven listing and sales track record in a specific area
• Relational: A natural networker who builds relationships based on trust
• Tech savvy: High proficiency with technology

Diligent and disciplined

• Qualification: Professional degree (Bachelor of Laws, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Valuations, or similar) or 3 years+ Estate Agency experience (EAAB NQF Level 4 or 5 qualified would be an advantage).
