We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers
Monitor and distribute office supplies
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Knowledge of basic office equipment (e.g. multi-line phone system)
