• We're seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Recruiter to join our team! As a key bulk recruiter, you'll provide critical support to our talent acquisition and resourcing functions, ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, while maintaining staff pools, accurate records and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and drive onboarding processes for new hires, including paperwork, documentation, and system setup.
• A Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition and resourcing team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Liaise with new hires, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
• Track and maintain accurate onboarding metrics, including time-to-productivity and new hire satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and implement changes to enhance the new hire experience.

Qualifications    

• Matric, Tertiary qualification or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management/Industrial or Organizational Psychology would be advantageous. 
• Minimum 1 – 3 years recruitment preferably in a Services Industry or Recruitment agency

• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines on multiple projects
• A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
