Recruitment And Selection Officer at Drakenstein Municipality

JOB PURPOSE:

• Co-ordinate and facilitating procedures associated with staff provision and human resources administration by implementing policies, specific interventions related to recruitment and selection and employment equity processes.

SELECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POST:

• National Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF 6) or relevant equivalent (NQF 6)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

• Computer Literacy (MS Office).
• Good human relations, communication, interpersonal and analytical, numerical skills
• Code B drivers’ license
• Must maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure
• Give attention to detail
• Fluent in at least two (2) of the official languages of the three (3) official languages of the Western Cape, a third language is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3- years relevant experience in a Human Resource environment (Recruitment and Selection)
