We are looking for an experienced Bulk Recruitment Consultant to join our fast paced team!
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with hiring managers and Recruitment Manager to understand staffing needs and job requirements within the organization.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
Utilize various recruitment methods, such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and campus recruitment, to source potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates, including phone and video interviews, to evaluate their qualifications and fit with the position.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Uploading of candidate videos in central point for submission to client
Ensure all candidates available and able to attend specific training groups once approved (verbal and written communication)
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as needed.
Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and answering any inquiries they may have.
Assist in the preparation for requesting of employment offers, following company guidelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Ensure all onboarding documents are accurately captured and uploaded
Collaborate with the HR team to create and update job descriptions, recruitment materials, and other relevant documentation.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Qualification:
Matric pass
National Diploma HR
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Will be advantageous.
Experience Required:
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to handle a large volume of recruitment activities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
High level of motivation and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
