    Recruitment Coordinator

    Main Purpose of Job

    We are looking for a talented recruiting coordinator to join our team and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end (Manage the full recruitment cycle). The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for Krypton Human Capital (KHC)


    Desired Qualifications & Experience

    • HR bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 5+ years of professional recruiting experience reporting directly to senior management
    • Familiar with HR practices with significant experience in screening and evaluating candidates
    • Experience and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and HR databases


    Responsibilities:

    • Will be responsible for facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process
    • Work with Krypton Mining’s services department to confirm hiring needs and requirements
    • Process and track applicant job submissions (Keeping track of and reporting recruitment metrics to the KHC executive team.)
    • Track candidates using recruiting software
    • Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets

    Assisting the Recruitment Manager with the following activities

    • Assist with pre-screening and screening potential candidates
    • Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates
    • Assist with interviewing process - Liaising with client’s, CV’s and the interview process
    • Assist with proposals to clients.
    • Assist with Krypton Mining’s recruitment branding
    • Assist with implementing new sourcing methods and job advertising platforms to find untapped talent pools
    • Follow up with clients regarding purchase orders.

    Interacting with client department leads and building relationships


    Key Competencies / Skills

    • Highly organized, detail-oriented multi-taskers who can work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Exemplary communication skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency
    • Proven work experience as a recruitment assistant with good understanding of recruitment processes
    • Knowledge of recruitment management systems and procedures
    • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suit
