We are currently looking for a Branch Manager.

Duties

• Manage a team of consultants
• Drive sales
• Motivate staff
• Meet sales targets
• Maximising business (Client) relationships to achieve ‘Client for Life’ principles
• Systemising and managing intellectual property (Client and candidate databases and managing knowledge transfer according to company standards)
• Tracking the activity per consultant/researcher head and maintaining acceptable ratios (quality).
• Tracking progress towards achieving individual and team targets
• Monthly analysis of the business unit to maximise profit (using reporting tools available)
• Cost control

 Desired Experience and Minimum Requirements    

• A Tertiary Qualification
• Proven track record in a recruitment agency environment in a management role 
• Knowledge of placing adverts.
• Exposure to Freight and logistics recruitment will be an advantage
• Sales driven attitude
