Grade 12 or an equivalent appropriate qualification NQF Level 4 as recognized by SAQA. Certificate / Qualification in Public Management/ Administration and Records Management or related fields will be an added advantage. Exposure in the field will be an added advantage.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skill: Knowledge of registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, and operate computer. Working knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment. Understanding of the work in registry.

DUTIES :
Provide registry services. Provide registry counter services. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence. Render an effective filing and record management service. Operate office machines in relation to the registry function. Process documents for archiving and/ disposal.
