Reliever: Meal at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Job Description Premier Fort Jackson Bakery is looking for a reliever to execute full and on time daily targets in the Production Department and the bulk plan. To ensure the integrity of the product is never compromised.

Qualification Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent

Experience Requirements 1-2 years relevant experience Logical thinker Related Production experience advantageous Proven track record of effective communication with Supervisors and Management Housekeeping, hygiene and safety

Key Outputs To maintain a high quality product in Production Department Maintain high housekeeping standards at all times Adhere to all Company rules and procedures Efficiencies Planned maintenance of assigned assets Administration and record control SOP's, hygiene and housekeeping Food Safety Health & Safety Ability to work in a team Be able and available to work shifts Good communication and leadership skills Ability to work under presssure Must be self motivated Must be prepared to work overtime and on weekends Problem solving Continuous Improvement
