    RM, Administrator TES (108246)

    Purpose of the job 

    • Provide expert services to execute on temporary employment services (TES) contracts and ensure compliance on TES transactions.  Manage client, supplier and internal relationships.
    • Understanding the rules, regulations, sanctions and other statutory requirements, guidelines and instructions relating to governing bodies and organizations, both internally and externally.

    Minimum Qualification and Experience required

    • Grade 12 / equivalent.
    • 5+ relevant years
    • SAP MM and PtP process execution
    • SAP HR (wish)

    Key Accountabilities

    Business results

    • Facilitation:  Particular focus is on customer support as well as engaging with Suppliers to effectively use SAP and other systems to, to ensure delivery of TES resources to site on time in full, complying with minimum standards and labour legislative guidelines.
    • Integration: Using various systems and process for the successful recruitment, engagement, tenure of resources, invoicing and demobilisation.
    • Partnership Leadership: Persuades and influences stakeholders; builds relationships and partnerships for win-win outcomes. Builds teams and creates synergies through working across boundaries.

    Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

    • Operates within a process and transactional driven environment with a customer and service delivery focus.
    • Fully integrated Supply chain- and labour management processes from on boarding to de-mobilisation of TES resources.
    • Supplier Management
    • Daily interaction with Suppliers on sourcing, mobilisation, time-and -pay queries, demobilisation of TES resources.
    • Apply a collaborative and consultative approach which consistently meet business needs.
    • Participate in regular meetings with Suppliers, site agents, Medical, Induction and Permit Offices.
    • Customer Support
    • Provide training and guidance to line clients on the use of the TES process and systems
    • Scope clarification on TES requirements and job cost estimations.
    • Collaborate and support on resolving pay- and other related queries.

    Sourcing

    • Receive requests for TES from line clients.
    • Manage sourcing through TES outline agreements.
    • Facilitate selection of resource, clarification of scope and job cost estimate and creation of PR/PO.
    • Administer action against notification (Engagement, Termination, Replacement etc…).

    TES On-boarding

    • Liaise with permit office, medical and training centres where required to facilitate the mobilisation of resources.
    • Verify that TES resources have undergone medicals, inductions and training and badging.
    • Correct engagement of resources on PS3 and activation on PTMW.

    Compliance

    • First line assurance on executing on the TES contracts, complying with Sasol standards and requirements, following the PtP process, and labour legislative requirements e.g. notice periods.
    • Query non-standard customer expectations.

    Shutdown execution

    • Participate in shutdown recruitment initiatives as and when required.
    • Create shutdown notifications, co-ordinate and expedite on TES resource requirements
    • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to facilitate the seamless mobilisation of resources to site during shutdowns.

    Reporting

    • Compile and distribute reports on volumes, cost and potential risk to customers.
