Our business is growing and we have identified the need for a Sales Analyst to join our team.
As a Sales Analyst you'll connect the dots between sales data and the human operational side of our business, by interpreting and manipulating numerical data you'll identify patterns and evaluate metrics to develop and grow revenue across our platforms.
You will also support the sales teams with existing day-to-day financial data when needed. This is in order to improve turnarounds on client asks or sales needs to improve overall operational efficiency.
What you'll do:
Evaluate historical data & Identify patterns
Generate & follow-through on innovative business ideas across platforms
Monitor sales performance, operational data, develop and adjust strategies, initiatives and findings to guide sales teams towards improved metrics
Communicate sales strategies, initiatives, platform information and other key findings to the business
Run competitive analysis, forecasting and make recommendations on how the sales teams should move forward
Support Sales Leaders across the business with day-to-day financial data needs, a simple example: drawing revenues across agencies for specific periods, territories
Maintain and provide insights on key revenue ratios, commission stats, etc.
Requirements
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience working as a Sales Analyst
Advanced Excel or Google sheets
Hubspot or other leading CRM platforms
Experience in digital marketing/media
