    Sales Manager

    Summary

    Sould have broad experience in all market segments to:

    • Building successful relationships that generate sales opportunities.
    • Drive brand awareness.
    • Use sales calls to solicit existing and new clients.
    • Achieved budgeted goals by executing sales activities within the market. 
    • Maintains effective correspondence between clients, Hotels etc.  
    • Ensures maximum occupancies by performing follow up contact with hotels. 
    • Research prospective client information, establishing all relevant details to ensure a professional and proactive approach.
    • Maintain communication with clients once the contract is secured and show ongoing interest in the partnership.  
    • Complete a weekly log of all activities.

    Setting up and follow up on: 

    • Sales calls
    • Site inspections 
    • Trade shows
    • Workshops
    • Entertainment
    • Dinners 
    • Year End Functions

    Qualifications

    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Computer knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
    • Experience in managing and driving growth with a portfolio of existing clients.
    • Proven experience in negotiating and securing prospective group and conference business and acquiring new clients through different sales strategies.
    • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
    • Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
