Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, tech, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Sales, preferably in Mining or IT with tech solutions focus.
• Demonstrated success in SaaS sales and engagement with C-level stakeholders.
• Innate understanding of the South African mining landscape.
• Proficient in automation software, hardware, and support services.
• Mastery in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a knack for identifying market opportunities.
• Proven track record in lead generation, deal closure, and solution design.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.
• Willingness to travel within South Africa.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM Software.

Role Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.
• Build, nurture, and convert a solid sales pipeline.
• Understand, present, and demonstrate our value proposition to key decision-makers.
• Maintain stellar relationships with prospects and clients.
• Spearhead the sales process, from proposals to RFI coordination.
• Deliver regular sales performance reports to senior management.
• Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends.
• Represent us at trade shows, conferences, and events.
