    Technical Sales Representative - Johannesburg East

    Qualifications

    • A Grade 12 certificate or a National Technical Certificate N3 (Technical).
    • Possession of an Engineering Trade Test to understand technical products but not essential
    • Technical aptitude is more important for this role than a qualification. 

    Experience

    • Minimum of three years in an external sales representative role.
    • A solid mechanical foundation with 5-10 years of relevant experience
    • Acumen in both direct and distributor sales, with a deep understanding of industrial products

    Head of Sales – Call Centre

    Essential Requirements:

    • FAIS compliance and Key Individual (KI) status.
    • Deep understanding and experience in managing large sales teams, in a call centre environment.
    • Proficiency in call centre processes, procedures, and reporting methods.
    • Excellent managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership ability and the ability to motivate the sales floor constantly.
    • Self-motivated with the capability to perform well under pressure. 

    Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Lead and allocate campaigns to the Sales Teams, oversee the structure and growth plans of the Sales Team, and conduct rigorous performance management. Motivate and uphold the values of the organization while ensuring the continuous development of Sales Team members.
    • Keep staff turnover and absenteeism below targets, ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet lead volume demands, and identify recruitment and training needs within the Call Centre.

    Senior Design Engineer RF & Microwave

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in RF Engineering or Higher Education Engineering (Honours preferred) and/or a post-graduate degree in engineering (MSc/MEng/PhD)
    • A substantial tenure of 8+ years of experience in RF and Microwave engineering
    • Demonstrable proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools, particularly Altium Designer
    • A strong foundation in antenna design and analytical design approaches
    • Prior exposure to design and implementation, system engineering aspects, and quality assurance 

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with Microwave Office, CST, LT Spice, Matlab/Python, and DOORS
