    Sales & Operations Executive

    Job Description

    • A dynamic healthcare sales and distribution Company is looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Executive with strong customer-facing and territory management experience to drive sales performance, maintain client relationships, and support product promotion within the assigned region.

    Responsibilities:

    • Call on key customers and achieve set sales targets in the assigned territory
    • Maintain strong product knowledge and relevant industry/medical terminology
    • Build and sustain excellent long-term customer relationships
    • Monitor and assess competitor activity within the region
    • Plan and execute promotional activities to achieve regional sales targets
    • Conduct product training and support for customers on company offerings
    • Manage territory planning, sales pipeline, and reporting requirements

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Medical or healthcare sales background advantageous
    • Valid South African driver’s licence
    • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages beneficial
    • Willingness to travel and work in varied environments, including informal areas
    • Proficient computer literacy
    • Strong planning, organising, and time management abilities
    • Good negotiation, listening, and customer service skills
    • Sales-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
    • Professional appearance and conduct
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
