    Sales Operations Manager

    Job Description :
    Overview & Key Role Accountabilities
    Identify/design, implement and optimise effective processes and systems

    • Review current processes and systems to understand business information and how systems integrate
    • Liaise with stakeholders to establish and address needs to develop outputs like SIT (Stock in Trade), Sales out data, etc.
    • Manage and approve system project-specific to ensure quality and data integrity
    • Collaborate with external vendors to deliver reports to meet business needs
    • Monitor and maintain processes and systems to ensure efficiency and sustainability
    • Audit processes and systems to ensure business needs are met and identify areas for improvement
    • Suggest and plan for systems and processes enhancements
    • Manage Back Office processes like targets setting, initiative planning, and data validation

    Reporting & SIP tracking to facilitate analysis and drive growth

    • Facilitate alignment of business strategy with customer strategy
    • Develop a robust Sales Incentive Programme Tracker
    • Ensure SIP accuracy and provide insights to results
    • Provide feedback on reporting when necessary
    • Align reports to business objectives

    Facilitate operational excellence

    • Understand the expectations of stakeholders
    • Monitor and measure operational activities and key outputs
    • Engage with operational team to facilitate and support achievement of excellence
    • Ensure the integrity of data
    • Identify projects to streamline areas for improvement

    Partner with internal and external data suppliers to guarantee the integrity of data

    • Data is complete (no gaps)
    • Data is accurate (no errors)
    • Data is on time (not late)
    • Data is secure
    • Weekly maintenance (updates and refresh)
    • Make accessible to the Business


    • Responsible for managing the Commercial NIV/NSV & EU Budget when reporting to the Channel Heads with Target vs Actuals
    • Close Reliance on Finance to provide the correct level of details
    • Managing & Controlling Tracking of actuals vs budget on the SIP tracker for Pay-out to individuals end of each Quarter

    Qualifications And Experience Required
    Minimum 7 - 10 years’ Technical experience:

    • Business Intelligence Systems Management including solution design and implementation
    • Data Warehouse and Report Design (incl. automation)
    • System Integration
    • Qlikview, Power BI, Data Lakes, Sharepoint
    • BI solution management
    • Report generation with Commercial acumen
    • Operating in complex, fast paced, multi-channelled FMCG settings
    • Strong knowledge & demonstrated delivery in
    • challenging data system environments (Fault finding, problem solving,)
      • Data management (incl. Master Data)
      • Back office set-up understanding
      • Reporting & report structuring
      • Front end system of device understanding
      In addition to this, the candidate should display influential, accountable and adaptable behavior and have high drive.
