Key Responsibilities:
To implement the Tier 3 Main Market strategy at retail level. The main purpose is to achieve coverage, achieve sales targets and revenue margins for allocated customers by ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time.
To execute the sales plan for allocated customers in compliance with Diplomat SA's policies, practices and procedures.
Critical to this role is the attitudinal competencies required to cope with the uniqueness and the challenges of operating in the informal sector of the market:
