Sea Logistics Customer Care Specialist (Key Accounts)
Operational Key Account Specialist plays a critical role in the development and maintenance of key customer relationships by providing operational visibility of all activity on the customer account. This includes advance problem solving if required, continuous dashboard updates and preparation of relevant information for customer feedback, and pro-actively supporting the operational teams in fulfilling the customer promise.
Your Responsibilities
Be the customer advocate within Kuehne Nagel
Support the continuous review of standard operating procedures to ensure they reflect the customer requirements
Oversee the customer business profile including processes, billing and rates for clients
Oversee and review relevant customer specific reports
Support Sea Freight operations teams in all industries
Continuously optimize the operational process for existing business in close operation with KAM’s
Physical customer visits to understand process and provide efficiency concept
Support training to all operational staff related to the business requirements of the account(s).
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a field related to logistics and supply chain
At least 5 years of experience in Logistics
In depth knowledge of Sea Logistics operations
Collaborative mind-set – sense of urgency and proactive communication
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Fluency in the English language
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Office suite
