Managing the site according to the company's operational policy and client specific works instructions / procedures
Executing all contractual compliance at the area of responsibility
Compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports
Responsible for Incident investigations and reports
Attend client meetings
Ensure internal audit programs are adhered to
Ensuring effective operational cost control in area of responsibility
Responsible and accountable for the effective management of intelligence, personnel, personnel administration, operations, finances, discipline and EH&S
Monitor risks and initiate actions as and when required
Respond to emergency calls immediately
Compiling of duty rosters, verification of timesheets
Daily communication with area manager
QUALIFICATIONS & POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Grade A PSIRA Registration
Valid driver's license
Security industry experience at management level for at least 5 years
Computer literate (excel & word)
Good communication skills (both written and oral) in English
Medically fit
Well-developed operational and administrative skills
Storage yard experience will be advantageous
Must live in area of operation or be willing to relocate
